The devastation is almost beyond comprehension. People living in Louisiana know it and they feel it. I’m not sure everyone living in places where they call parishes “counties” understands. As I write this, the rain is still falling here in Baton Rouge. I pray that all who read this have not suffered difficulty from the flooding that is taking place around our area. Rain can be an inconvenience and even a severe hardship when enough of it falls. But it is also a blessing. The [...]

Who we are:
We are a group of imperfect, sinful people who have come to know our perfect Savior, Jesus Christ, who died so that our sins have been fully forgiven. We live by faith in Christ alone, dedicated to proclaiming the good news of his salvation and serving others in love.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” (Romans 3:23-24) ” “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)

What we believe:
As a Bible-based church, we believe that the Bible is inspired by God and 100% without error. It is the sole source for all of our teaching. We believe that the central message of the Scriptures is salvation by God’s grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, correcting, rebuking and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)

What we offer:
We offer a caring environment to learn, share, and live our faith! We support each other in Bible study, worship, organized groups, activities and events. We support our community through various service projects. Most importantly, we have a place here for you! We welcome to you to be a part of our Christian family. “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” “This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.” (1 Thessalonians 5:11 and 1 Timothy 2:3-4)
